We have a 99% success rate but in the rare occasion the parcel does not arrive, we will do one free reship after 10 working days from the day after the parcel was original meant to arrive. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR TRACKING THAT STATES DELIVERED OR ATTEMPTED DELIVERY) 

We only offer tracking if the parcel does not arrive on the day it is supposed to. Then we will make it a top priority to check and send you the tracking.
